Basically for Lumia phones Microsoft offers Lumia Software Recovery Tool but as there are more devices other than Lumia which run on Windows Phone OS so there is Windows Phone Recovery Tool which can be used on any Windows device. Make sure you have made a backup before the roll back.
First you have to download the Windows Phone Recovery Tool from the link provided here on your desktop. Connect the device with the system through the help of USB Cable. The device will be automatically detected, if not then plug out the device and hit the ‘My Phone was not detected’ present at the bottom and do the instruction coming on the screen.
After the detection of the phone, choose on the Phone model on screen to move ahead and the coming screen will reveal the version of software available for the selected model. Click on the Reinstall software to continue the roll back process.
